SHIPPING

We ship USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority mail, Domestic & *International. Please provide us with your first and last name and the address you would like your purchase shipped to. Include your phone & e-mail contact information. Orders will be shipped to you in two to three weeks (depending on the quantity of items purchased & the availability of items we have in our stock). You will receive an e-mail confirming that your items have been shipped.

PACKAGING OF PIECES

Every effort is made for quality packaging and shipping. Your pieces will be double checked to make sure they are undamaged. Items will be placed in boxes, pouches, or bags that fit the design of the piece. It is important to us that your items are received in satisfactory condition.

SPECIAL GIFT WRAPPING

If you desire your purchase to be a gift, we offer special gift-wrapping, for an extra fee of $8.00. (A visual sample photo will be available for viewing soon!)

RETURNS

If by any chance you are not satisfied with your purchases, your returns will be accepted within 20 business days. The items must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Please call #310-266-7203, or e-mail us at steph@stephjoias.com, with explanation for your return. Also; include a copy of your invoice/receipt in your returned package. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in return transit. For your security please choose an insured courier and retain a receipt. The returned shipping fees are non refundable. You will receive credit for another item of equal price, or higher value item. The extra amount will be charged to your method of payment.

REPAIRS

We will repair, at no charge within six months of purchase. A repair fee will be charged after 6 months of received item/items. The amount charged will be determined by the degree of damage. Please contact us with damage details for an estimate.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELRY

It is important that your jewelry pieces are well cared for, in order to last. The oxidized sterling silver pieces should not be cleaned with any sort of jewelry liquid polishes or cleaners, (it will ruin the blackened antique look of the piece). I would recommend cleaning with a soft jewelry polishing cloth. The gold - filled jewelry may be cleaned in jewelry liquid polishes or cleaners. Wearing the jewelry while showering, swimming in pools or going in hot tubs, is not recommended (chlorine or sulfur will tarnish the piece). Storing your jewelry in closed pouches or bags while not being worn will keep them in the best conditions and decrease the natural tarnishing.
